Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel a recurring AI Runner subscription before its next renewal. Cancellation prevents the next recurring charge.

Unless otherwise stated at purchase, your paid subscription remains available through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Refund requests

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, experienced a duplicate charge, or encountered another billing problem, contact support@airunner.io with the relevant account and transaction details.

Refund requests are assessed based on the circumstances of the transaction, service usage, applicable purchase terms, and any rights available under applicable law.

Pay-as-you-go usage

Prepaid AI Runner usage is intended for consumption through the service. Used usage is not refundable merely because the user later decides not to continue using AI Runner.

Requests concerning unused prepaid balances will be assessed according to the applicable purchase terms and legal requirements.

Business and enterprise

Business or enterprise purchases governed by a separate commercial agreement follow the billing, cancellation, and refund provisions of that agreement.
