About these terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of AI Runner, a software product of Grantech. By creating an account, purchasing a paid service, or using AI Runner, you agree to these terms.

The service

AI Runner provides AI-assisted and autonomous software-engineering capabilities. Features, supported models, limits, availability, and service functionality may evolve as the product develops.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of AI Runner, the repositories and environments to which you provide access, reviewing consequential changes where appropriate, maintaining appropriate backups, and ensuring your use complies with applicable law and third-party rights.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information and take reasonable steps to protect access to your account. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use AI Runner to violate applicable law.

Paid services and usage

Paid AI Runner services may include subscriptions, prepaid pay-as-you-go usage, or business and enterprise arrangements. Prices, currency, included usage, applicable limits, and billing frequency are shown at purchase or agreed commercially.

AI usage is not represented as unlimited unless explicitly stated. Additional usage may require a top-up or another applicable paid arrangement.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Recurring subscriptions may be cancelled before the next renewal. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, cancellation stops future renewals and access to the paid subscription remains available through the end of the already-paid billing period.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the AI Runner Refund and Cancellation Policy and any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

AI-generated output

AI systems can produce incorrect or incomplete results. You remain responsible for deciding whether generated output, proposed changes, commands, or other results are appropriate for your environment and intended use.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, improve, replace, or discontinue features as reasonably required to operate and develop AI Runner. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
